Sooner or later you’ll come across something on the Internet that you want to print out, either because:

You want to refer to it on a regular basis
You need to take the information somewhere (maybe to read on the bus)
You just like printing things.

Printing from a browser is pretty easy – here’s how:

Just click on the Print button on the browser toolbar across the top of your screen.

You’ll get a print options box which allows you to change the number of copies and number of pages you want to print.

One important thing to remember: On the Internet you can only print one page at a time. So if you want to print out a complete web site, you have to do it page by page.

It is also worth remembering that a single web page may be several A4 pages long so you may end up with more paper than you thought.
